En nombre del Pueblo y el Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, deseamos expresar nuestras Felicitaciones por su juramentación como Presidente de la República del Níger.
Aprovechamos esta oportunidad para reafirmar nuestra voluntad de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Hermandad y Solidaridad que unen a nuestros Pueblos, en su lucha por la construcción de un Mundo más Justo y Equitativo, libre de agresiones externas.
Estamos seguros que juntos continuaremos avanzando, librando las impostergables batallas por la Independencia, la Paz, la Soberanía y el Bienestar de nuestros Pueblos.
