MANAGUA – NICARAGUA / Este jueves 17 de abril, el Gobierno de Nicaragua envió un mensaje de felicitación a través de una nota de prensa al Pueblo y al Gobierno de Zimbabue, por el 45 aniversario de su independencia.

En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, permítanos expresar desde las tierras de Sandino y Darío, nuestras más Sinceras y Revolucionarias felicitaciones a Usted, a su Gobierno y al Pueblo de la República de Zimbabue al conmemorarse este próximo 18 de Abril, el 45º Aniversario de la Independencia de Zimbabue.

En esta histórica fecha, recordatorio de la resistencia anticolonial, de lucha incansable por la Soberanía y de Victorias forjadas con el Fuego de la Dignidad, celebramos la histórica gesta del Pueblo Zimbabuense, Hermanos de Trinchera en la Batalla contra el Imperialismo.

Expresamos nuestra Solidaridad como Hermanos de Lucha por la Liberación de nuestras Tierras ante los embates neocoloniales y las ilegales medidas coercitivas unilaterales impuestas a nuestros Pueblos, reafirmando los lazos indestructibles de Hermandad, Solidaridad y Cooperación entre nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.

Brother President,

On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua and on our own behalf, allow us to express from the lands of Sandino and Dario, our most Sincere and Revolutionary congratulations to you, your Government and the People of the Republic of Zimbabwe as we commemorate this coming April 18th, the 45th Anniversary of Zimbabwe’s Independence.

On this historic date, a reminder of anti-colonial resistance, of tireless struggle for sovereignty and of victories forged with the fire of dignity, we celebrate the historic deeds of the Zimbabwean people, brothers in the trenches in the battle against imperialism.

We express our solidarity as brothers in the struggle for the liberation of our lands in the face of neo-colonial attacks and illegal unilateral coercive measures imposed on our peoples, reaffirming the indestructible bonds of brotherhood, solidarity and cooperation between our peoples and governments.
