CHINA / La tarde de este 23 de abril de 2025, el Gobierno de Nicaragua dio un paso significativo en el fortalecimiento de sus relaciones diplomáticas con la República Popular China, con la presentación de las Copias de Estilo por parte del Compañero Ramiro Cruz, quien se acreditó oficialmente como Embajador de Nicaragua ante el Gobierno y Pueblo chino.
El acto protocolario tuvo lugar en el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de China, donde las Copias de Estilo fueron recibidas por el Compañero Hong Lei, Ministro Asistente y Director General del Departamento de Protocolo.
En la ocasión, Hong Lei envió cordiales saludos al Pueblo y Gobierno de Nicaragua, subrayando los lazos históricos de amistad y cooperación entre ambas naciones, así como los vínculos fraternos entre el Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional (FSLN) y el Partido Comunista de China (PCCh).

El Compañero Ramiro Cruz transmitió los saludos del Copresidente Comandante Daniel Ortega y la Compañera Rosario Murillo al Presidente Xi Jinping, al heroico Pueblo chino y al Partido Comunista de China. Reafirmó el firme respaldo de Nicaragua al Principio de Una Sola China, reconociendo al Gobierno de Xi Jinping como el único representante legítimo del Pueblo chino.
Asimismo, destacó el compromiso de Nicaragua con la Asociación Estratégica entre ambos países y el respaldo a las iniciativas globales promovidas por China, como parte de la construcción de una Comunidad Global de Futuro Compartido.

Ambos funcionarios coincidieron en la voluntad de seguir estrechando los lazos bilaterales, fortaleciendo la cooperación en los ámbitos político, económico, educativo y cultural, en beneficio mutuo y con una visión de desarrollo compartido y respeto a la soberanía.

BEIJING, MIÉRCOLES 23 DE ABRIL DE 2025
Estimado Compañero Hong Lei, Ministro Asistente y Director del Departamento de Protocolo del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de la República Popular China, permítame transmitir el fraternal saludo de parte de los Co-Presidentes de la República de Nicaragua, el Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra y la Compañera Rosario Murillo, al Compañero Presidente y Secretario General Xi Jinping, así como al heróico pueblo de la República Popular China y al histórico Partido Comunista de China.
Es un honor para mí, presentar a usted las Copias de Estilo que me acreditan como Embajador de la República de Nicaragua ante la hermana República Popular China.
La estrecha e histórica relación entre el Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional (FSLN) y el Partido Comunista de China (PCCh) ha sido el eje central en el fortalecimiento de nuestras relaciones bilaterales. En septiembre de 1986, el Comandante Daniel Ortega y la Compañera Rosario Murillo realizaron una visita oficial a Beijing, marcando la primera visita de un Jefe de Estado Centroamericano a esta gran nación. Ese histórico encuentro sentó las bases de una amistad duradera, revolucionaria y solidaria, que se ha fortalecido con el paso del tiempo.
Desde el restablecimiento de nuestras relaciones diplomáticas el 10 de diciembre de 2021, nuestros pueblos y gobiernos han avanzado firmemente en el fortalecimiento de una alianza estratégica mutuamente beneficiosa. Nicaragua expresa su pleno respaldo a las iniciativas globales impulsadas por el Presidente Xi Jinping, tales como la iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta, la Iniciativa de Desarrollo Global, la Iniciativa de Seguridad Global y la Iniciativa de Civilización Global, reconociéndolas como iniciativas necesarias en la construcción de la Comunidad Global de Futuro Compartido. Estas iniciativas resaltan los valores de solidaridad, paz, cooperación inclusiva, respeto a la autodeterminación de los pueblos, respeto a la diversidad de modelos políticos, culturales y sociales.
Nicaragua se adhiere firmemente al Principio de Una Sola China, reconociendo al Gobierno de la República Popular China, presidido por el Compañero Presidente Xi Jinping, como el único representante legítimo de todo el pueblo chino. Nicaragua reconoce y aboga por el justo derecho del pueblo chino a la reunificación de su gran nación.
Celebramos la decisión de nuestros líderes, el Comandante Daniel Ortega, la Compañera Rosario Murillo y el Compañero Xi Jinping, de elevar nuestras relaciones al nivel de Asociación Estratégica, como expresión concreta de la confianza, la voluntad política y el profundo aprecio que une a nuestros pueblos.
Reafirmamos la voluntad de seguir profundizando los vínculos entre el Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional y el Partido Comunista de China, y de continuar trabajando mano a mano para defender el multilateralismo, la paz mundial y la soberanía de los pueblos.

Dear Comrade Hong Lei, Assistant Foreign Minister and Director General of the Department of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, allow me to convey the fraternal greetings on behalf of the Co-Presidents of the Republic of Nicaragua, Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra and Comrade Rosario Murillo, to Comrade President and General Secretary Xi Jinping, as well as to the heroic people of the People’s Republic of China, and the historic Communist Party of China.
It is an honor for me to present to you the copies of letters of credence that accredit me as Ambassador of the Republic of Nicaragua to the sister People’s Republic of China.
The close and historic relationship between the Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN) and the Communist Party of China (CPC) has been the central axis in strengthening our bilateral relations. In September 1986, Comandante Daniel Ortega and Comrade Rosario Murillo made an official visit to Beijing, marking the first visit by a Central American Head of State to this great nation. That historic meeting laid the foundations of a lasting, revolutionary, and solidary friendship that has grown stronger over time.
Since the reestablishment of our diplomatic relations on December 10, 2021, our peoples and our governments have made firm progress in strengthening a mutually beneficial strategic partnership. Nicaragua fully supports the global initiatives promoted by President Xi Jinping, such as the Belt and Road Initiative, the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, and the Global Civilization Initiative, recognizing them as necessary endeavors in the construction of a Global Community of Shared Future. These initiatives highlight the values of solidarity, peace, inclusive cooperation, respect for the self-determination of peoples, and respect for the diversity of political, cultural, and social models.
Nicaragua firmly adheres to the One China Principle, recognizing the Government of the People’s Republic of China, led by Comrade President Xi Jinping, as the sole legitimate representative of all the Chinese people. Nicaragua recognizes and advocates for the just right of the Chinese people to the reunification of their great nation.
We celebrate the decision of our leaders—Comandante Daniel Ortega, Comrade Rosario Murillo, and Comrade Xi Jinping—to elevate our relations to the level of a Strategic Association, as a concrete expression of the trust, political will, and deep appreciation that unite our peoples.
We reaffirm our will to continue deepening the ties between the Sandinista National Liberation Front and the Communist Party of China, and to continue working hand in hand to defend multilateralism, world peace, and the sovereignty of peoples.
