MANAGUA – NICARAGUA / El Gobierno de Nicaragua a través del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores ha emitido un pronunciamiento enérgico ante las recientes agresiones perpetradas contra el pueblo palestino por parte del Gobierno de Israel. En un comunicado oficial, Nicaragua, en nombre de su valiente pueblo, ha condenado rotundamente estos actos de violencia, catalogándolos como crímenes de lesa humanidad.

PRONUNCIAMIENTO DEL GOBIERNO DE NICARAGUA SOBRE LA SITUACION ACTUAL
Nuestra Nicaragua, Bendita, Soberana y Siempre Digna, en tanto que Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional, y a nombre de nuestro Valiente Pueblo, hemos estado pendientes y actuantes alrededor de las terribles agresiones que se dan en el Mundo y en los últimos tiempos particularizando con Protagonismo Jurídico, la Condena Enfática a los abusos, ataques y embestidas salvajes, todos crímenes de lesa humanidad, perpetrados contra el Pueblo Palestino por el Gobierno de Israel.
Nicaragua, Siempre Consecuente y Congruente con el reclamo de acción sobre estas flagrantes injusticias, barbarie, genocidios, condena todos los Actos de Brutalidad y Violación de las Normas del Derecho Internacional y de las Convenciones que todos los Estados hemos firmado en los distintos Organismos de Naciones Unidas, exigiendo respeto a la más elemental Cultura de Convivencia en cualquier parte del Mundo.
Ante la incompetencia e inacción del Sistema de las Naciones Unidas, que los convierte en cómplices de aberrantes crímenes contra todas las formas de Vida, abogamos por una Contundente Expresión y Manifestación del Rol de Salvaguarda del Derecho y la Paz entre la Comunidad Humana; Rol que deben jugar esos Organismos creados para exigir Legalidad, Legitimidad en las Conductas de los Imperios y sus Satélites, y que no pueden seguir actuando Impunemente, al margen de todo el Ordenamiento Jurídico Internacional.
Llamamos, como Siempre, a una actuación Beligerante, Dialogante, y sobre todo a la Inequívoca Equidad que debe prevalecer en las Naciones Unidas, ya que mientras acusan y condenan a Pueblos Pacíficos, y Gobiernos respetuosos de las Leyes, callan y otorgan sobre las destructivas, arbitrarias, criminales, ilegales y unilaterales agresiones llamadas eufemísticamente “Sanciones”, ignorando la Permanente y Sistemática Violación Imperial de todos los Derechos Humanos y de las Leyes que se deben aplicar, para hacer valer el Urgente Respeto a la Vida y la Promoción del Diálogo y la Paz en todo el Mundo.

STATEMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF NICARAGUA
REGARDING THE CURRENT SITUATION
Our Nicaragua, Blessed, Sovereign and Always Dignified, as the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity, and on behalf of our Brave People, have been attentive and active on the terrible attacks that are happening in the World and in recent times, particularizing with Legal Prominence, the Emphatic Condemnation to the abuses, attacks and savage onslaughts; all of which are crimes against humanity, perpetrated against the Palestinian People by the Government of Israel.
Always Consistent and Congruent with the demand for action on these flagrant injustices, barbarism and genocides; Nicaragua condemns all Acts of Brutality and Violation of the Norms of International Law and the Conventions that all States have signed in the different Organizations of the United Nations, and demands the respect of the most basic Culture of Coexistence anywhere in the World.
Given the incompetence and inaction of the United Nations System, which makes them complicit of the heinous crimes against all forms of Life, we advocate for a Strong Expression and Manifestation of the Role of Safeguarding Law and Peace among the Human Community; Role that should be played by the Organizations created to demand Legality, Legitimacy in the Behavior of the Empires and their Satellites, who cannot continue acting with Impunity, outside the entire International Legal System.
We call, as Always, for a Belligerent, Dialogue action, and above all for the Unequivocal Equity that must prevail in the United Nations, since while they accuse and condemn Peaceful Peoples and Governments that respect the Laws, they remain silent and grant destructive, arbitrary, criminal, illegal and unilateral attacks euphemistically called “Sanctions”, ignoring the Permanent and Systematic Imperial Violation of all Human Rights and the Laws that must be applied, in order to enforce the Urgent Respect for Life and the Promotion of Dialogue and Peace throughout the world.
