En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, deseamos extender nuestros cálidos saludos y expresarle nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones por su nombramiento como Primera Ministra de la República Democrática del Congo.
Celebramos su nombramiento como Primera Mujer en ocupar este Cargo desde 1960, y estamos seguros de que con su Liderazgo y Sabiduría sabrá conducir al Noble Pueblo y Gobierno de la República Democrática del Congo, sobre Sendas de Paz, Prosperidad y Bienestar.

As the first woman to hold this position since 1960, we welcome your appointment and are confident that with your Leadership and Wisdom you will lead the Noble People and Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo on the Paths of Peace, Prosperity and Well-being.
