y Familias de Moscú :
Le escribimos con el Corazón golpeado por la tragedia terrorista que acaba de presentarse en una Sala de Conciertos de Moscú, donde se congregaban centenares de Personas en un Evento de Arte y Cultura.
La criminalidad terrorista se ha ensañado, una vez más, en Personas inocentes que han sido víctimas del odio y la confrontación que caracteriza al Nazismo y el Fascismo que siguen amenazando al Mundo.
Con nuestro Cariño Fraternal y Solidario invariable, va nuestra más enérgica condena, rechazo y repudio de estos métodos que han ocasionado ya, en el Mundo entero, dolor, sufrimiento y pérdidas a tantas Familias de la Comunidad Humana.
Pedimos a Usted transmitir al Pueblo de Moscú, a las Familias que han perdido Seres Queridos, a l@s Amig@s de quienes han visto sacudido los Principios de Humanidad y Fraternidad, y a Usted le transmitimos, Compañero Presidente Vladimir Putin, como siempre, como Herman@s en la Historia de Luchas Justas por Paz y Bien en el Mundo, nuestro inclaudicable Apoyo, Respaldo y Solidaridad.
Que Viva la Defensa de la Paz en el Mundo, y que Dios dé más Fortaleza, Fuerza y Bendición al Valiente Pueblo Ruso !
Que la Fé y las Oraciones que se reciben, alivien a las Familias de l@s fallecid@s y herid@s; que Dios les dé Consuelo y Descanso; que Dios nos Bendiga con más Fuerza para trascender, y seguir promoviendo Justicia, Bondad y Humanidad.

We are writing to you with a heavy heart following the terrorist tragedy that has just taken place in a Moscow Concert Hall, where hundreds of people were gathered for an event of Art and Culture.
Terrorist criminality has once again been unleashed on innocent people who have become victims of the hatred and confrontation that characterize the Nazism and Fascism that continue to threaten the world.
Together with our unchanging Fraternal Affection and Solidarity, we send our most energetic condemnation, rejection and repudiation of these methods that have already caused, the whole world over, pain, suffering and loss to so many Families of the Human Community.
We ask you to convey to the People of Moscow, to the Families who have lost Loved Ones, to the Friends of those who have seen the Principles of Humanity and Fraternity overturned, as we convey to you, Comrade President Vladimir Putin, as always, as Brothers and Sisters in the History of Just Struggles for Peace and Good in the World, our unwavering Support, Fellowship and Solidarity.
Long live the Defense of Peace in the World, and may God give more Strength, Steadfastness and Blessings to the Courageous Russian People!
