En la especial ocasión de conmemorar el 33 Aniversario de la Independencia, este 9 de Septiembre, permítanos expresar en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras más Calurosas y Fraternas Felicitaciones a Usted, a su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de la República de Tayikistán.
Desde nuestra Nicaragua, Siempre Bendita y Siempre Libre, celebramos junto a Usted, esta fecha de Soberanía Nacional e Independencia, reiterando nuestro compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los lazos de Amistad y Cooperación con el Hermano Pueblo y Gobierno de Tayikistán.
